Lesley Cave

MSc, State Registered Paramedic, Professional Certified Coach (ICF)

Lesley has considerable experience supporting senior clinical and non-clinical leaders in their development and is an associate lecturer with the Allied Manchester Business School. She is also an associate career coach for the London Business School, a faculty member with Aspire Coaching, Managing Director of Rook Tree Coaching and an endpoint assessor on a coaching apprenticeship.

Lesley’s recent work in healthcare includes facilitating action learning sets for systems leaders, aspiring medical leaders, clinical leadership fellows and many others from a range of settings and disciplines; developing and running trainer the trainer programmes in action learning and providing coaching and coach supervision for clinical and non-clinical leaders including in public health and primary care. She has also provided bespoke leadership development in many organisations across the NHS and has supported faculty development in medical and dental education. Lesely originally trained as a paramedic and has held a number of managerial, executive and trustee positions.

Catherine O'Keeffe

Catherine has held a number of senior roles in postgraduate medical and health professions education. Her work has included leading faculty development and professional support initiatives as well as research and teaching in higher education in this field. Catherine originally trained as nurse and worked for many years internationally in health professions education before settling in the UK. Catherine’s teaching and research interests have focused on  interprofessional education and professionalism. Recent awards include Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a UCL Faculty Education Award for Academic Support.  Catherine is an Emeritus Professor of Medical Education, UCL and is currently Professor of Medical Education at the North Wales Medical School, University of Bangor.
